We want you to love your IGK Hair products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items purchased directly from our site. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and a small processing fee may apply to return shipments.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label to download and print for your return package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
